What happened:

When checking for cement outside the condcutor there was no cement to be found on 3/4 of the sides. On the last side of the conductor cement was found 23 m below the seabed. A grouting job was performed in 3 stages and showed good success. RIH with stinger on one side of conductor, pumped 15 m3 DWFS cement, POOH. Moved 90 degree and repeated step on 3 location pumping 25 m3 on the two last locations around the conductor 25 m below the seabed.

What was planned:

No grouting job planned for for the conductor.

What was learned:

Good success with the grouting job. Pumping the cement in three different locations around the conductor 25 m below the seabed.

What actions are required:

For future operations if grouting is necessary evaluate to use same procedure by pumping the cement in several locations around the conductor at the level below the seabed the cement was found.
